WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
Shop SielaBoutique.com as usual — add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. Choose "Afterpay" as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, and returning customers simply need to log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
CAN I USE AFTERPAY IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. Three remaining installment payments are deducted automatically from your selected payment method every two weeks. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. Afterpay will then adjust your amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
IS THERE A COST TO USING AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a free service offered by retailers to shoppers - there are no upfront fees charged or any interest incurred.
The only fees that may be incurred by shoppers are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make your payment via a different method.
Late fees for shoppers in the USA are capped at 25% of the order value.
WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE TRANSACTION?
Yes, transaction value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE USING AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards or other ineligible products along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED USING AFTERPAY?
